I have been fine tuning my house price maximisation process for the last 21 years and am extremely passionate about what I do. I work with my partner Anna under our independent agency brand that we created in 2013 – Penny Wood Lane. Fast Trust commences in the preparation phase of the listing with 3 key objectives;

  • Enhancing the first impressions of the property
  • Eliminating high-intent buyers objections
  • Increasing the buyers perceived value of the property

Once we achieve success in this space we then proceed to the marketing phase of the listing. My goal is to have my sellers mindset and their properties presentation ‘Match Fit’ for engagement from high-intent buyers. High-intent buyers are those that are finance ready and have a desire to purchase real estate straight away. They don’t want to miss out on any potential opportunities and exhibit consistent behavioural patterns that I can instantly recognise.

Working with High-intent buyers is incredibly important when maximising your properties sales price. They expect honesty, transparency and efficient delivery of the accurate information required to make a purchasing decision. Today’s consumers demand a ‘need for speed’ so being highly organised and acting quickly is of the utmost importance. If these demands are met, buyers will increase their starting offers to to avoid missing out. They will also present their best terms and conditions possible in order to complete the settlement in line with the sellers wishes.
